Chic Dambach was founding board chair when CityLit Project incorporated in 2004. He previously served as President and CEO of the Alliance for Peacebuilding, Operation Respect, and the National Peace Corps Association among other organizations. For many years Chic was a consultant for BoardSource, the country's foremost organization dedicated to advancing the public good by building exceptional nonprofit boards. He is the author of Structures and Practices of Nonprofit Boards and the memoir Exhaust the Limits: The Life and Times of a Global Peacebuilder.
